- High performers exceeding expectations
- Medium performer meeting expectations
- Low performers with results below expectations.
Following the ratings your manager gives you, your bonus is impacted likewise.
However, recent studies have shown that higher incentives created poorer performance !
And what people really wanted were:
Autonomy. Mastery. Purpose.
